Once you place an order with us we will dispatch an engineer to your house to conduct a site survey. We don't carry out an on-site survey prior to you placing
an order, but we can guarantee you that our engineers will conduct a number of tests to ensure that you can avail of the service. If there is a problem with
receiving a signal the installation will not go ahead and there will be no charge to you whatsoever.
- The Connection fee covers a Standard Installation as detailed
on the Subscriber Agreement Form. All of our installations are carried out by approved subcontracted i
nstallers who are employees of Last Mile Ltd. For non-standard installations, please make arrangeme
nts directly with the installer who will quote in advance for non-standard work.
